About Elise
Elise Allan is a partner at Nixon Wenger LLP representing individuals, families, corporations, banks, and credit unions. Her practice covers business transactions, lending and financing, land development, and incorporations and joint ventures, and she has particular experience combining succession planning with estate planning. She also assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and grants of probate, and handles residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, and refinancing. Allan earned her B.A. from the University of British Columbia in 2003 and her LLB in 2006, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007. She is a founding member of the Vernon Estate Planning Council's organizing committee and a past president of the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation.
