About Salina

Salina Chagpar is the principal of Chagpar Law, with nearly 30 years dedicated to personal injury law on behalf of plaintiffs. She handles mediation, arbitration, and litigation across a wide spectrum of cases, including chronic pain, fatalities, and catastrophic injuries such as brain injuries, amputations, and paralysis, along with claims for no-fault statutory benefits and disability benefits. Salina was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1994, holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit, and spent 18 years at another firm, rising to partner, before founding Chagpar Law in 2012. She takes on cases other firms might turn away due to limited financial value and works on a contingency basis. Salina also mentors junior lawyers and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates Society, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
