FRASCA KIM Lawyers is a personal injury and insurance claim firm in Thunder Bay, Ontario, founded in 2009 by Edward S. Kim and Susan S. Frasca. Both had practiced insurance defence litigation at Bell, Temple, a downtown Toronto firm that defended insurance companies, before relocating to Thunder Bay in 2004, where the couple had extensive family ties, and opening their own practice five years later. The firm now represents only injured people, in motor vehicle accident, accident benefits, brain and spinal cord injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation, and CPP disability claims. It serves Northwestern Ontario, including First Nations communities, and also takes cases in the Toronto area, where it can draw on a network of healthcare professionals to support clients' claims. Fees are contingency based, with a free initial consultation and no upfront legal costs unless a case is won or settled.

Kim, called to the Bar of Ontario in 1996, holds degrees from York University and the University of Ottawa's law school. Kim articled at Fireman Regan, a downtown Toronto firm, then worked as counsel to the Royal Bank of Canada, before joining the insurance defence firm Bell, Temple in 1999. Frasca, called to the bar in 2003, holds degrees from Lakehead University and the University of Windsor's law school, and is also an adjunct professor at Lakehead's Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, developing and teaching its Business of Law course there.
