About Edmond

Edmond Paquette is President of the Paquette & Paquette Professional Corporation. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995 after earning a Bachelor's degree in political science from Laurentian University and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law. He is a former president of the Sudbury Law Association and belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and l'Association des juristes d'expression française. Edmond represents victims of personal injury and their families in claims arising from automobile accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and disability, drawing on his understanding of how insurers approach cases to guide litigation strategy. He was appointed a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court in 2014, and he has a particular interest in francophone legal matters.
