About Trevor

Trevor Volway has been an associate lawyer with Paquette & Paquette since 2023, focusing on corporate and commercial law as well as civil and estate litigation. He advises businesses and individuals on incorporations, shareholder agreements, contracts, and other business transactions, and represents clients in disputes involving estates and other civil matters. Trevor earned an Honours Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minor in Law & Justice from Laurentian University and a Juris Doctor from the Université de Moncton in New Brunswick. He completed his articling with the firm and belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and l'Association des Juristes d'Expression Française de l'Ontario, serving clients in both English and French.
