About Dylan

Dylan Horenfeldt practises litigation at Mills & Mills LLP, with a caseload spanning commercial and contract disputes, employment law, and estate litigation. Before arriving at the firm, he articled and gained experience at two other national firms, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2024. He studied at the University of Western Ontario for his Juris Doctor, earning the Dean of Law Entrance Scholarship on admission and later the Edward C. Elwood Q.C. Award in Wills and Trusts, and volunteering with Pro Bono Students Canada to bring legal education to local high school students. He describes his approach to litigation as pragmatic, prioritizing consistency and clear communication with clients. Horenfeldt belongs to the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Advocates Society.
