Dylan Challinor

About Dylan

Dylan's practice is particularly focused on labour and employment law, alongside public and administrative law, Indigenous and First Nations law, and litigation and dispute resolution. He joined Buset LLP as a summer law student and continued with the firm as an associate following his call to the Ontario bar in 2025. Dylan holds an Honours BA in Law from Carleton University and earned his JD from Lakehead University's Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in 2024, where he served as Vice President of Fundraising for the Bora Laskin Law Students Society. He also serves as a Sergeant with the Canadian Army Reserve, having supported operations in Sinai, Egypt, for which he received the Force Commander's Commendation from the Multinational Force and Observers.
