About Umberto
Umberto Agostino is a senior practicing counsel at Petrone & Partners in civil litigation, personal injury claims, insurance defence litigation, Aboriginal law, wills and estates, and real estate. He has represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has appeared as counsel before administrative tribunals including the Consent and Capacity Board and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. He has been appointed and acted as an agent for the Ministry of the Attorney General of Canada since 1990. Raised in Thunder Bay, he is married with two children and has a working knowledge of Italian.
