About Dylan

Dylan Alper is a member at Cozen O'Connor whose litigation practice covers catastrophic casualty claims, premises liability, construction and property disputes, transportation and logistics, product liability, and insurance matters. He has tried multiple cases to verdict and handled numerous mediations and arbitrations for individual, insurance, and corporate clients across industries like energy, construction, food services, and technology. Within the firm, he co-chairs the Hiring Committee and has previously chaired the Member Committee and co-chaired the Associates Committee. Dylan is active in pro bono work, including service on the Eastern District of Pennsylvania's Attorney Panel for Pro Se Prisoner Civil Rights Cases and a collaboration with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project that helped exonerate a man who had served a decade in prison. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law, where he was managing editor of the Villanova Law Review.
