In 2005 he joined Linda Schachter and Carolyn Polak to found Devine Schachter Polak. He has pleaded before the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, chaired the liaison committee with the Superior Court on family matters, served as Treasurer of the Bar of Montreal, and was a founding member of the Association of Collaborative Lawyers of Quebec. He has published articles and lectured on family law and is bilingual in English and French.
