About Dominique
Dominique Carli is an associate in Goodmans' business law group, where she works on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets matters. She acts for both targets and acquirors in domestic and cross-border deals, including acquisitions, investments, and divestitures, and advises public companies on securities law, disclosure, and governance issues. Before joining Goodmans, Dom practiced as a corporate associate at a national law firm in Toronto. She holds a JD and an MBA from Queen's University, along with a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2020 and belongs to both the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario College of Teachers.
