About Dominique

Dominique Bellemare has more than 35 years of experience in international law, commercial law, estate law and corporate governance, serving a varied clientele across the private and public sectors in Canada and internationally. Bellemare assists clients with organizational development, including optimizing business processes and ensuring compliance with administrative policies. Bellemare has served as an administrative judge with the Canada Review Tribunal and as Vice-Chairman of the Employment Insurance Section of the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. Earlier, Bellemare spent more than 15 years as Vice-President of Legal and International Affairs for Crédit Mutuel's Montreal branch. Before joining Delegatus, Bellemare worked as an independent consultant in international law and has served as a municipal councillor for the City of Beauharnois. Bellemare holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
