About Nancy
Nancy Bergstrom worked as a legal assistant at Chapman Riebeek before earning her law degree at the University of Alberta and returning to the firm to article. She became an associate in 1995 and the firm's first female partner in 2000. Her practice focuses on estate administration and litigation, elder law, municipal prosecution and administrative work, and residential real estate, and she has appeared before all levels of Alberta courts. She also advises municipalities on bylaw matters and runs bylaw prosecutions for a number of Central Alberta municipalities. Nancy is a longtime member of the Christian Legal Fellowship of Canada and the Central Alberta Bar Society.
