About James

James Clark joined EME Professional Corp in 2025 after more than two decades practicing law, with courtroom experience before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Human Rights Tribunal. He earned an Honours B.Sc. in forensic science from the University of Toronto before attending law school.
