About David

David Yi chairs the Toronto intellectual property group and practises commercial litigation focused on complex intellectual property and technology disputes. He represents clients in patent, copyright, trademark and licensing disputes across pharmaceuticals, cannabis, medical devices, financial services and software sectors. He clerked at the Federal Court and volunteers with Pro Bono Law Ontario.
