David Woodfield is a partner at Gowling WLG in Toronto with a practice focused on commercial disputes. He has extensive trial and appellate experience and has represented clients before all Ontario court levels, British Columbia and Saskatchewan courts, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.
