David Smith graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1974 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1976, and was a Co-Founder of Barriston LLP in 2011. His practice has focused on corporate and commercial law, for which he's a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist, along with real estate and estate planning and administration. He now oversees corporate matters, estate administration, and the mentoring of junior lawyers.
