About David
David Piccolo's practice centers on corporate tax planning and corporate reorganizations, informed by significant litigation experience before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. That litigation background helps him steer clients away from common pitfalls in complex transactions and gives him a strong grasp of income tax and GST/HST issues.
