About Michael

Michael Kutner's legal practice centers on the business needs of dental and medical professionals, including the purchase and sale of dental and other health-related practices, the incorporation of medical and dental corporations, and related real estate matters. He began his career at a Bay Street firm before co-founding Kutner Law LLP, where he practised for a decade before establishing KPK Law. Michael holds a political science degree from the University of Western Ontario, along with an American J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Canadian LL.B. from the University of Windsor.
