About Thanh

Justin joined Soni Law Firm as an associate in 2025 after attending law school at the University of Windsor. He previously earned an Honours BA in Criminology and Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Toronto. During law school he built his advocacy skills volunteering with Community Legal Aid and competing in various competitions. His current focus is employment law, and he writes regularly on workplace issues for the firm's blog.
