David Kim is the Principal and Founder of Crescendo Law, advising startups, scaleups, private equity and venture capital firms on corporate and commercial law matters and financing transactions. Before founding the firm, he was a corporate and commercial lawyer at Gowling WLG and earlier worked as an investment banker at Scotia Capital and a private equity investor at CPP Investments. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor.
