About David
David has practised civil litigation since the mid-1980s before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Appeal, focusing on insurance litigation, corporate litigation, contracts, energy, intellectual property, public inquiries, judicial review, and professional liability. He was also called to the British Columbia bar in 2001 and was appointed King's Counsel in 2006. He has been a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers since 2013 and served as its Alberta Chair from 2016 to 2018.
