About Kaitlynd

Kaitlynd Stewart joined Kahane Law Office's litigation team in 2022 and maintains a civil litigation practice focused on guardianship and trusteeship applications. She articled at an estate litigation boutique firm before joining Kahane Law Office as an associate. Originally from Edmonton, she earned a psychology degree from the University of British Columbia Okanagan and published research on youth homelessness, then attended law school at the University of Alberta. During law school she volunteered with Student Legal Services, assisting low-income clients. She enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, and bouldering.
