About David

David J. Taylor is a founding partner of Taylor Nakai Litigation LLP, called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1986 and practising civil litigation since 1987, with a focus on complex commercial and corporate litigation. He has extensive trial experience in the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and has represented clients in commercial arbitration, professional negligence claims, insurance claims, and shareholder disputes. He is a former member of the Advocates Club and served two years as an executive of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, remaining an active member. He has presented papers on civil litigation and tort law at Continuing Legal Education seminars and been published in the Trial Lawyers magazine, The Verdict, and volunteers with the Lawyers Assistance Program and pro bono cases.
