About David
David Hiebert handles commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, reorganizations, leases, licenses, limited partnerships, and unanimous shareholders agreements, with extensive experience in contract drafting and dispute resolution. He completed his B.Sc., M.B.A., and LL.B. at the University of Alberta and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1995. He served as President of the Canadian Bar Association, Alberta Branch, from 2020 to 2021, after chairing its Commercial Property and Leasing section and its Business Law section. David was also a director of NAIOP Edmonton, a commercial real estate development association.
