David H. Davis is the principal lawyer at Threshold Law in Winnipeg, called to the Manitoba bar in 1989 and practising Canadian immigration law since 1997 across all ten provinces and three territories. His practice covers three areas: immigration, including healthcare recruitment, employer pathways, entertainer inadmissibility waivers, and appeals and judicial reviews; business investment immigration, guiding foreign investors who acquire Canadian businesses toward permanent residency through provincial nominee programs; and cybersecurity and privacy counsel, including breach response and OCAP-aligned data governance for First Nations health authorities.
