He holds a BA from the University of Manitoba, an LLB from UBC Law, a Global Professional LLM from the University of Toronto, and an LLM in Privacy and Cyber Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, including the Osgoode Certificate in Privacy and Cybersecurity Law.
