David Couture is a partner at Couture Miller LLP, where he has practised family law since being called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 2013. His practice covers a range of family law matters, with a particular interest in property and support issues involving corporations and family farms. He handles litigation, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, and has appeared at all levels of court in Saskatchewan as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a recognized Family Mediator and Family Arbitrator and holds a Qualified Arbitrator designation. David has also presented on family law issues at legal conferences across Saskatchewan and nationally.
