About Samantha

Samantha MacKinnon is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office who specializes in health law with secondary experience in family law. She provides litigation services as well as alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and collaborative law. She articled with McKercher in 2014, joined as an associate in 2015, and was elevated to partnership in 2025. Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts honours in Psychology with high honours from the University of Saskatchewan in 2011 and a Juris Doctor with distinction in 2014, and is a certified collaborative lawyer and trained mediator.
