About Brad
Brad Hunter, K.C. is counsel at Couture Miller LLP, with a family law career spanning over 40 years during which he has advocated for clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He now focuses on mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law, helping families reach resolutions outside of court. Brad received his King's Counsel designation in 2007 and is a Family Mediator, Family Arbitrator, and Collaborative Lawyer. He was the founding President of the Collaborative Professionals of Saskatchewan and has trained collaborative law professionals across Canada, the United States, and Australia.
