About Erik

Erik grew up in south Winnipeg and now lives in St. Adolphe with his wife, Kelly. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Manitoba before completing his Juris Doctor at the university's Faculty of Law in 2019. He articled with the firm and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2020, joining as an associate. During law school he received the Aikins, MacAulay & Thorvaldson Honourable Marshall Rothstein Prize in Constitutional Law, the Oscar Wilder Memorial Prize in Environmental Law, and the Gerald W. Schwartz Gold Medal in Business Law, and volunteered with the Legal Help Centre and the University of Manitoba Community Law Centre. His practice covers real estate, business, corporate and commercial matters, and estate planning and administration, serving clients in Ile des Chenes, Steinbach and southern Manitoba.
