Dave McIntyre is a senior corporate, securities, commercial, and transactional lawyer at Caravel Law who advises clients on M&A deals, private equity, joint ventures, corporate finance, securities law, stock exchange and public disclosure matters, corporate governance, and commercial contracting. He previously served as Deputy General Counsel of Canada's largest mining company, where he led M&A, public disclosure, and commercial contracting work.
