About Darren
Darren Gill's practice is transaction-based, with emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law. He advises public and private companies and their investors on transactions including domestic and cross-border M&A, going-private deals, equity and debt financings, and corporate governance matters. Darren also helps clients with continuous disclosure obligations, corporate reorganizations, and other securities law requirements, including reporting obligations under Canada's Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act. Before joining Goodmans, he summered, articled, and worked as an associate at another Toronto law firm.
