Darlene Russell, KC is the owner of Russell Accident Law and focuses her practice on personal injury litigation. She has practiced law in Newfoundland and Labrador since 1994, after earning a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in 1993 and a Bachelor of Science from Memorial University in 1989. Russell was named the 2018 Best Lawyers in Canada "Lawyer of the Year" for personal injury litigation in St. John's and is listed in Best Lawyers, a peer-reviewed guide to the legal profession worldwide. She is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association, and previously served on the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador's Insurance Committee and on Memorial University's Board of Regents.
