About Michael

Michael Fenrick's practice covers commercial litigation, infrastructure, appellate advocacy, judicial reviews, class actions, civil liberties, defamation, privacy, and employment law, often for clients in confidential or high-profile situations. He clerked for Justice Marshall Rothstein at the Supreme Court of Canada and has been adjunct faculty at the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School. He holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009.
