About Daniela

Daniela Dell'Aquila works as an associate lawyer at Bortolussi Family Law, having trained in family law at a boutique firm where she frequently appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice. She has helped senior counsel handle high-conflict separations and divorces, complicated parenting arrangements, support issues, and property division, and has assisted with drafting marriage contracts and separation agreements. Before law school, Daniela was a student athlete at the University of Texas at Brownsville and California University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resource Management with cum laude honours. She went on to earn her JD from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University. Daniela is focused on understanding each client's needs and working toward favourable outcomes as efficiently as possible.
