About Julie

Julie Zimmerman has practised family law since her call to the bar in 2010, handling complex parenting, financial support, and property matters, separation and divorce, and drafting domestic contracts such as marriage contracts and separation agreements. She has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice across the Greater Toronto Area, and also works through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, mediation-arbitration, and the Collaborative Family Law process. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours B.Sc. in psychology from York University. Julie belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the York Region Family Law Association, and has served on the York Collaborative Practice board since 2020.
