About Daniel

Daniel R. Lilko is a litigator with SimpsonWigle LAW's bankruptcy and insolvency practice group, working on restructuring and commercial litigation for institutional, corporate, and insolvency professional clients. Before returning to Hamilton, he maintained a civil advocacy practice at a Toronto litigation boutique, representing insurers, financial institutions, and municipalities. He earned his J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2017 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
