About Benjamin
Ben was born and raised in Edmonton and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2013. He has conducted matters before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench, the Court of Appeal and the NWT Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and has appeared on criminal matters across Western Canada. His practice covers criminal defence, including impaired driving, drug offences, thefts, assaults and Traffic Safety Act offences, as well as tax litigation and CRA appeals before the Tax Court of Canada. While in law school he was Executive Coordinator of Student Legal Services and remained a board member for nine years after graduating.
