About Daniel
Daniel Coles is a trial lawyer appearing before BC courts, administrative tribunals and, on occasion, the Supreme Court of Canada. Coles's practice covers construction litigation, media and defamation law and hospitality licensing, and Coles regularly advises journalists and news organizations on publication bans and court access issues. Coles also advises on BC's liquor laws, writes on alcohol regulation, hosts a legal podcast, and belongs to the Canadian Media Lawyers Association and the International Wine Law Association.
