About Daniel

Dan Ransom's practice is focused mainly on corporate and commercial law, financial services, commercial real estate, and mortgage sales and foreclosures, including share and asset transactions, secured financing, shareholder and partnership agreements, and commercial leasing. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2010 after earning his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 2009. Dan has served on the boards of the Kidney Foundation of Canada's Manitoba Branch and Winnipeg Crimestoppers, and received a Manitoba Bar Association Pro Bono Award in 2014.
