About Daniel

Daniel Brown is the founder and lead trial counsel of Daniel Brown Law, which he established in 2008 after beginning his career at Pinkofskys LLP. He is certified as a specialist in criminal law by the Law Society of Ontario, a designation held by fewer than 2% of the province's criminal lawyers. He is a former president of the Criminal Lawyers' Association, teaches Advanced Criminal Law as an adjunct professor at Queen's University's Faculty of Law, and wrote the textbook Prosecuting and Defending Sexual Offence Cases.
