About Chloe
Chloe Boubalos handles both trials and appeals as part of a broad criminal defence practice, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She frequently defends allegations of sexual assault and drug trafficking, conducts bail hearings on serious charges, and has argued appeals ranging from murder to robbery with firearms. She's a member of the Pro Bono Inmate Appeal Program, assisting unrepresented clients before the provincial appeal court. A graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, she volunteered with Downtown Legal Services during school and later worked at a civil litigation firm before joining Daniel Brown Law.
