About Keely

Keely Duncan founded Duncan Defence Law in 2013 after earning her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, where she volunteered with Community Legal Aid representing clients who could not afford counsel. She practices exclusively in criminal defence before the Ontario and Superior Courts of Justice, with a particular focus on representing Indigenous persons in conflict with the law.
