About Danai

Danai Ndawi is an associate family law lawyer at Family Law Solutions, licensed to practise in Zimbabwe, Ontario and Saskatchewan, and called to the Ontario bar in 2022. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Zimbabwe in 2012 and started out practising there, with appearances that included matters before the Zimbabwe Supreme Court. In Canada, she served as Duty Counsel with Legal Aid Saskatchewan until March 2025, handling criminal matters such as bail hearings, sentencings and trials, including work in the Pelican Narrows Cree Court supporting Indigenous communities and clients. At Family Law Solutions she handles separation agreements, decision-making responsibility and parenting time, child and spousal support, property division, and divorce. She is fluent in English and Shona.
