About Janika

Janika Francis is an associate family law lawyer at Family Law Solutions, called to the bar by the Law Society of Ontario in 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor at Toronto Metropolitan University's Lincoln Alexander School of Law, receiving the Spring Forward Award and the Loopstra Nixon LLP Award in the Business of Lawyering. Her undergraduate degree is an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Mental Health Studies from the University of Toronto, where she held the President's Scholars of Excellence Scholarship. She draws on that psychology and mental-health training in her family law work.
