About Dana

Dana Goodfellow has provided litigation services in collaboration with Carvello Law since 2011 through her own firm, Phoenix Law Corporation, serving both Carvello Law's clients and her own. She previously practiced at Watson Goepel Maledy and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in corporate law, wills, estates and trusts, and estate, environmental and securities litigation. Before moving to Victoria in late 2007, she was senior legal counsel with the British Columbia Securities Commission, prosecuting violations of the Securities Act, and later worked with the BC Civil Forfeiture Office and as an agent for the Director of the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. Since 2011 she has focused on local government law, including FOIPPA and conflict of interest opinions, privilege and trust matters, and building bylaw work.
