About Dana

Dana Cross practises family law, focusing on divorce, separation agreements, spousal and child support, valuation and division of family property, protection orders and contempt proceedings, and has represented clients in mediation, the Provincial Court, and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She also has experience in employment law and general litigation, including small claims, real estate disputes, and debtor-creditor matters. She obtained a BA with majors in English Literature and History from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Southampton School of Law in the UK, where she worked with the Innocence Project as a caseworker.
