Dan Aburto is a Senior Associate at MM Law who practices exclusively in family and divorce law and has over 20 years of experience in the field. After obtaining his law degree from the University of Alberta in 2002, he articled with a full-service firm working in divorce and family law, civil litigation, estate litigation, and criminal law, and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2003. He has extensive trial experience in the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench, particular expertise in high-conflict parenting cases, and also assists clients through private mediation and arbitration.
