About Eric

Eric Miller is a partner at Clarke Smith Estabrooks & Miller Law Office, maintaining a practice in corporate commercial and general civil litigation, personal injury, and Workers' Compensation Board claims. He has represented clients successfully before all levels of court in Saskatchewan and, in recent years, has built a practice in blockchain and cryptocurrency law. Eric grew up in Saskatoon and holds degrees in biochemistry, philosophy, and law; he articled in Regina in 2010, joined the firm in 2014, and became a partner in 2017. He currently serves as a governor of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers' Association and has been a member of the Saskatchewan Health Authority Research Ethics Board since 2013.
