About Cy

Cy is one of Western Canada's foremost tax lawyers, advising public companies, private corporations, foundations, charities, trust professionals and high-net-worth individuals on corporate tax, tax planning, estate planning and trust law. He taught tax law and estate planning at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law for 23 years and is a former bencher of the Law Society of Manitoba. In 2012 Cy was honoured with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his services to the practice of tax law.
